The A.New.Contest was simple. So simple "even a caveman" could do it. ;)

Winners were chosen at random by our helpful, panel of volunteer judges. (No arguing with the judges or they won't come back to help us! All judges determinations are final.)

Terms, Fine Print, Caveats, Quid Pro Quo's, etc.

  1. One entry per person.
  2. Each entry must be submitted individually by email to the contest email specified.
  3. All entries must be received at the contest email box by midnight, October 21, 2007 EDT . Entries not received for any reason, or not received by this time, will be invalid.
  4. Judges determination of winning entries is final.
  5. Notification and posting of winning entries will be completed within 1 week or so of the end of the contest.
  6. Contest entry gives permission to publish entries (including first name only) in perpetuity on CrystalsAndJewelry.com or its successor website, if any.
  7. Any and all taxes, duties, customs or other fees associated with accepting prizes is the responsibility of the winners.
  8. In the event of a winner(s) outside the USA, CrystalsAndJewelry.com will pay $5 each of the cost of shipping the prize(s) to the winner. Winner(s) will be responsible for addition postage required to ship prize(s).
  9. If you are a winner and ask for more than the stated prize to be given to you free, your winner status is immediately null and void and the prize will not be given to anyone. (Yes, it's been done in the past and it's very difficult to deal with.)
  10. Void where prohibited.
  11. Anyone can play except me and my immediate family.
  12. Prizes not claimed by winners within 10 calendar days from the day notification is sent by email forfeit are forfeited.
  13. Winners from previous contests are eligible to enter and win in this contest also.
  14. Entry shows consent to agree to these terms and holds myself and those judges harmless.
  15. Rules may be amended or changed by Robyn A Harton Creative as deemed necessary with no notice other than showing changes on this page.
