Amethyst always calls to me, and this gorgeous faceted Amethyst is no different. I set it all by hand in Tarnish-resistant .925 Argentium Sterling silver -- even making the setting for the faceted stone by hand, and only using a metal pin backing because it's extra sturdy. The comet "tails" on this brooch pin are wispy and can, of course, be bent, but just bend them back into shape and they should be fine. I am a tad annoyed with myself because I do not have the weight of the amethyst in this piece; I managed to lose the card with that info before I got the photographs made. Sorry about that! I can tell you, though that it's approximately 8x8 princess cut, and is well over a carat in weight.

Over 20 feet of Tarnish-Resistant .925 Argentium® Sterling Silver wire.

Size: This brooch is approxiately 2.9" (73.8 mm) at its longest point with the tails, and is just over an inch across at the center circle area.

In alignment with the mystical lore associated with the stones, I created this piece with prayer and intent that the Divine bless this piece with the prayer and intent that the wearer be favored with the highest and best blessings of psychic awareness.
