Handmade Pendant / Slide

Mexican Lace is a great pendant / slide that I handcrafted from a gorgeous Crazy Lace Agate cabochon from Mexico, and .925 Sterling Silver. The swirls of red-orange in this stone are just gorgeous set off against the white and gray lacy swirls.

This pendant is approximately 2.5" (64 mm) long with a bail that will accommodate chains up to approximately 6 mm in size. To wear it as a necklace or brooch, you can use it with your favorite chain or add an inexpensive accessory to make it a very versatile piece of jewelry.

In alignment with the mystical lore associated with the stone, I crafted this piece with the prayer and intent that the wearer be blessed with emotional balance and ease of emotional pain.

Crazy Lace Agate is a balancing and protecting stone. It brings laughter and absorbs emotional pain. Crazy Lace Agate is used to help with decision making by balancing the physical, emotional, and mental so that it is easy to make decisions. It also helps one stay focused. It is generally a protective stone, but is particularly emotionally protective. It is also said to ward off the "evil eye." Physically, crazy lace agate is excellent for increasing stamina and energy, and is good for skin disorders such as acne, excema, etc., is beneficial for the endocrine system and the heart.

Silver is a mineral that is said to mirror the soul, strengthen the connection between astral and physical bodies, and enhance intuitive and psychic energies. Silver is mystically considered to improve speech, bring eloquence. It is also purported to attract, enhance and store the energies of gemstones, as well as draw out negative energies. Silver is related to the moon, and moon energies.
