Handmade Faceted Citrine with .925 Argentium® Sterling and Fine Silvers Pendant / Slide

"Success"

This is a one-of-a-kind pendant / slide that I designed and crafted by hand, using only simple hand tools. Making this pendant required a high level of skill, as it is very intricately made and is only an inch long including the bail. Interestingly enough, shortly after I designed this piece, Eni Oken came out with a similar design, and created a fantastic tutorial for making a very similar pendant. I'm sure Eni didn't copy my pendant, nor did I copy hers. I believe it's one of those interesting "accidents" of two artists searching to answers to the same questions. Materials Used to Handcraft this pendant:
4.75ct Faceted Lemon Citrine;
Tarnish-Resistant.925 Argentium® Sterling Silver and .999 Fine Silver wire.

Size: This pendant is approxiately 1" (26 mm) from the top of the bail. The bail will accommodate a chain of approximately 5.5 mm diameter.

In alignment with the mystical lore associated with the stones, I created this piece with prayer and intent that the Divine bless this piece with the prayer and intent that the wearer be favored with the highest and best blessings of success.

Metaphysical, Mystical, & Spiritual Healing Properties Lore:

Citrine is known as a "success" stone because it is said in folklore to promote success and abundance, especially in business and commerce. Its lore also says that it enhances mental clarity, confidence, happiness and will power. Citrine is purported to bring good fortune, sometimes in very unexpected ways. Citrine is also a good general protection stone according to crystal healing lore. It is said to alleviate depression and self-doubt, and diminish irrational mood swings due to the effect of mental clarity it has. In traditional folklore and crystal healing lore it is said to aid digestion and diabetes, and eliminate nightmares that disturb one's sleep. It is associated with the solar plexus chakra. Silver is a mineral that is said to mirror the soul, strengthen the connection between astral and physical bodies, and enhance intuitive and psychic energies. Silver is mystically considered to improve speech, bring eloquence. It is also purported to attract, enhance and store the energies of gemstones, as well as draw out negative energies. Silver is related to the moon, and moon energies. Physically, crystal healing lore indicates that silver is has been traditionally used to aid heptatitis treatments, eliminate toxins, expel toxins through the pores, headache, rheumatic pain, nausea and gastritis, obesity, diabetes, and increase assimilation of vitamins A and E.
