I am an artist and a craftsman, and I back my work 100% with my guarantee.
All of my handmade jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for life, so if your jewelry made breaks
in the course of normal wear*, I will repair, refund
or replace it, free, or in extreme cases refund the purchase price. I will repair, replace, or refund
at my discretion, depending on which is most feasible.
This jewelry guarantee only covers jewelry that I make, and jewelry by Beth, and Gabrielle Gaither. When there is any jewelry on this site from time to time that I did not make, it will say so on the description of the jewelry. I can't guarantee anyone's work but my own usually, although I'm so pleased with and confident in Beth's and Gabrielle's workmanship that I will cover theirs with my same guarantee! However, my satisfaction guarantee shown on my order and terms page applies to everything at CrystalsAndJewelry.com.
*What is Normal Wear?
As with all fine jewelry, normal wear does not include swimming, bathing, housework, sports, strenuous activity, being chewed on or run over or stomped on, chemicals, and other such things that are unsuitable for fine jewelry. There are very specific reasons these things are unsuitable for all fine jewelry, and you can learn more about that here. (Nope, I don't make cheap discount store jewelry that you can mash and toss.) If your jewelry does get damaged in the course of "abnormal" wear such as chewing, sports or other "abnormal" things, I'll be glad to fix or replace it at the most reasonable price I can. |
