Psychic Shielding
There are many methods of psychic shielding, psychic protection,
or keeping unwanted energies out of your personal energy field.
This
is a
log from
a chat where a teacher was telling a student one method of psychic
shielding, or psychic protection for one's self. The tone of the
conversation is very light, but the information is good. By the
way, in this I am the student.
