Hand Positions for Energy Healing - Trunk

The trunk positions are designed so that the practitioner can move the hands from position to position keeping hands on the body at all times. The hands should be alternated as to which is furthest from the practitioner's body so that the practitioner's arms do not get too tired.

Gallbladder Position

The Gallbladder Position (Position 11) is found by placing the left hand just below the breastbone on the right side of the client, and placing the right hand immediately next to it. The hands should be touching.

In instances where the client is very tall or your hands are small, you may need to repeat this cross-over more often than noted here. If so, continue this cross-over pattern until the entire trunk has been covered. Note: Do not continue this cross-over pattern below the waist line.
