Hand Positions for Energy Healing - Leg and Foot Positions

The following are leg and foot positions. All leg and foot positions should be performed on both the left and right legs. Do one leg first, then do the other.

Hip-Foot Position

To find the Hip-Foot Position (Position 15), place one hand on the client's hip, and the other on the client's foot. The thumb of the hand on the foot should be on top of the foot pointing toward the big toe. The other fingers should be along the bottom of the foot just below the ball.
