Can you believe that? Good grief! The amazing part is that all the contents survived the soaking and smooshing! The customer was so amazed that she sent the package back to me to goggle at. I could hardly believe it. I'll pat myself on the back for wrapping the stones and stuff well. :) FYI, if your package contents do get damaged in shipping, save all the packing materials, boxes, etc., and let me know immediately and I'll help take care of it! < Back |
I wrap all orders very carefully. I bag and/or bubble wrap each stone and box jewelry so that it's safe. No loose stones or jewelry flying around inside my packages! Once in a blue moon, though -- almost literally -- something gets damaged in shipping in spite of my best efforts. If your order gets damaged in shipping, save all the packing materials, boxes, etc., and let me know immediately. I'll then help take care of it, whether by helping you with a return for replacement, helping you with the insurance stuff, or whatever it takes to make it right. | ||
