Q: What does "RESERVED" mean when it's next to an item name and description at CrystalsAndJewelry.com?
A: That means that someone has reserved it, and assuming I get their payment on time, it's sold.

Q: What if they don't pay for their reserved item?
A: This doesn't usually happen. In fact, so far it never has. But if it does, I remove the "RESERVED" notice, and it's available again.

Q: Can you take my request for a reserved item if they don't pay?
A: Sure, contact me to let me know you'd like to be notified if a reserved item becomes available.

Q: How do things get reserved?
A: I will reserve items on a case by case basis when I determine it makes sense. For a first time customer, unless there's some reason to believe they won't pay, I'll reserve items for a week to 10 days to give them time to send in check or money order payment, if they email me saying they want to order by check or money order. Repeat customers who I have a good business relationship with can almost always reserve items, and of course, I handle this on a case by case basis too. And all regular terms apply, as always.

Q: How can I reserve something?
A: Contact me and let me know you want to send a check or money order and I'll reserve your order items for you to give you time to get the payment to me.

Q: Can I reserve something for a week then pay by credit card or PayPal?
A: Generally speaking, yes. I go by the same case by case basis as for checks or money orders.

Q: What if I lose my job or something else horrible happens and can't pay for my reserved item(s)?
A: Again, just contact me and let me know. I promise not to yell at you or anything like that. It helps everybody if I know so I can remove things from reserve if something happens so you can't get a reserved item.

Privacy: I promise I won't add you to my email list or share your personal information when you ask for notification about a reserve item that becomes available; you have to sign up separately for that. I will only email you about the reserved item(s) you request information on, unless you give me permission to email you about other things.
