Reserving Items at CrystalsAndJewelry.com

I try to help out when I can, and sometimes folks need to wait til payday or make two payments on something they're really drawn to. So on a case by case basis, we reserve items until payment can be made. We'll continue doing this as long as it keeps working out well, but I reserve the right to stop doing it any time if it's abused or becomes a problem. Let's all pull together and make this work for everyone!

Q: How can I reserve something?
A: Contact me and let me know you want to reserve something til payday, or make a couple of payments for something, or whatever it is you need to do. I review each request on a case by case basis, and do it whenever I can. I'll email you back and if I can, I'll reserve your order items for you to give you time to get the payment to me after payday or whatever circumstances. All regular terms apply, of course.

Q: Can I pay for reserved items by check, USPS postal money order, credit card or PayPal?
A: Sure, you can use any payment method you would normally be able to use. I'll ask you about how you'd prefer to pay when I email you about reserving something.

Q: What if I lose my job or something else happens and can't pay for my reserved item(s)?
A: Again, just contact me and let me know. I promise not to yell at you or anything like that. I'll simply put them back on the site for sale, since we've had them on hand all along. Payments already made can then be used for anything on the CrystalsAndJewelry.com site.

Particial payments are non-refundable but may be used for any in stock items at CrystalsAndJewelry.com if you change your mind about the original items.

Privacy: I promise I won't add you to my email list or share your personal information when you ask for notification about a reserve item that becomes available; you have to sign up separately for that. I will only email you about the reserved item(s) you request information on, unless you give me permission to email you about other things.
